One of the exercises I’ve been doing lately, is writing down the various things that happen to people when they work with me.
So instead of simply stating ‘when I coach you on your addiction, you’ll stop drinking’ or ‘when we start working on your anxiety, you will lose that crippling affliction’, I created a list of ALL the things I’ve noticed as changes in people’s lives.
It’s good stuff.
This is a really empowering way of getting a very clear overview of the knock-on effect that the initial outcomes have.
The things that change because of things that change.
Aaaaaaall the yummy dominoes.
It’s quite astonishing and cool to realize that the ripple effect of deep change is literally boundless and endless and magical.
To make my point (and just because it feels good), let me present you with some things that are very possible and often experienced side effects of working with me.
