We look for safety and stability in a world of endless change.

Of course, we fuck it up.

Of course, it doesn’t work.

And of course, we’ll look for a new solution, THE solution, many times, in the exact same place.

But you can’t find order and stability in the world of thoughts.

You can’t firmly stand on ideas.

There’s only one thing that never changes.

One thing that doesn’t want anything from you.

One thing that is truly reliable, powerful, yet refreshingly humble.

It doesn’t need you to do or change anything.

It doesn’t require any belief.

What I’m talking about?

It’s the aliveness that makes it possible to read this.

And forget it too.

It’s what breathes life in everything, and helps you experience it.

It’s what will never disappoint you or abandon you.

It’s SO close that we overlook it by default.

It doesn’t mind the endless search for stable and sustainable joy.

It doesn’t prevent you from looking in all the wrong corners.

And it’s always, always there, waiting for you to come home.

Just one realization away.
