Let’s say you have a problem and you come to me.

And let’s say I tell you what to do, you do it… and it works.

Hooray!

Cool, right?

Yes, and no.

Yes because the problem’s gone, and that feels good.

Yes because this tells us how AMAZING my solutions are, and that feels good too.

And, no, because what happens the next time you have a problem?

You come to me again.

I give you another couple of solutions, and you’re good to go once more.

Problem solved.

Again.

For now.

But what have you actually learned?

Am I now the solution to all of your problems?

That’s not how I coach.

That’s not where I want to take you.

I don’t tend to give you specific solutions.

I want you to find and create them yourself.

I will show you where and how you can find them so you can take care of the problems and challenges on your own, simply because you’ve rediscovered your confidence and trust and creativity and clarity and connection to wisdom.

Of course, I can be with you in the meantime, for a while, and also after a while, to chat some more about what you’ve experienced on your own, and to explore life a bit deeper.

I like that a lot, but the deal is not supposed to last forever.

I’m not the ultimate answer: you are.

And maybe that’s not 100% perfect for me, business-wise, because you won’t come back as much to ask me for solutions.

But I’m cool with that.

Cool?

Mail me.
