Well, because I knew you’d find it, and read it, and need it.

I’m life, remember, I know EVERYTHING!

I don’t want to keep you from doing other important stuff (although we both know that there really isn’t that much really important stuff in the first place), but there’s one thing I needed you to know, right at this moment…

Don’t get caught up in circumstances.

Don’t get lost in how everything seems to be and feel right now.

Don’t believe that this will be here forever, that this specific thing you’re so obsessed with can block your joy forever.

You don’t have to run and you don’t have to hide.

You really can’t.

I’ll always be wherever you are.

You are part of me, and I am part of you.

That’s why I know you so well, and why I love you so much.

We’ve been here before, remember?

We’ve survived, we’ve learned, we’ve laughed about it, and we’ve moved on.

This is just like that.
