If you wait for a bit you’ll find
that every experience comes and goes,
that the sadness disappears,
that the craving burns out,
and that the anger leaves the building, slamming the door.
There is absolutely nothing wrong
with sadness, craving, or anger by itself,
but it’s not who you are, obviously.
Because you are there, before, during, AND after.
So…. who does the waiting?
What exactly is that space for and around
the sadness, the craving, the anger?
How can you know life non-stop and uninterrupted,
when it changes all the time?
Well, you ARE that waiting, that patience, that space, the connection, the silent peace, the oneness.
Obviously.
And if you wait a bit, right now,
you’ll see, and you’ll know.
You are.
