Look!

It’s raining.

How does that make you feel?

Sad?

Angry?

Disappointed?

Gloomy?

Excited?

Or just wet?

It’s quite funny.

Rain is just rain.

It’s not personal.

It doesn’t mean anything.

Although it seems to create a lot of different feelings for a lot of different people.

But that’s not the rain out there.

It’s the rain in your head.

Your very own, very personal relationship with the weather.

An internal relationship you have with everything out there.

Does it matter if you’re aware of that?

Is it helpful to know that the rain you feel is the rain you think?

That the anger you feel is the anger you think?

That the fear you feel is the fear you think?

Well, yes.

It is.

It is.
