1% happiness.
That was all.
And it was probably exaggerated too.
1% happiness, probably less.
Yeah, for sure.
Less than that.
For decades.
How was I even able to live in that unforsaken place?
What kept me going?
And what changed?
Well, an obvious answer would be
Everything.
Everything changed.
But that was only because of the one thing that really changed.
My relationship with experiences.
And from there
The gentle recognition of the ever-present Me.
The letting go of personal responsibility.
The liberation from character, history, habits, and other stuff.
And more, more, more.
A world full of options.
And light.
Life didn’t change.
I did.
And because of that
Life changed.
So much.
So, SO much.
From 1% happiness to, well, almost 100% contentment.
With many happy moments.
So much more alive.
So much less afraid.
Day, after day, after day.
Who do you thank for all of that?
