I have a problem.

My product is not scalable.

My coaching is 100% me.

My writing is nothing but pure me too.

There’s no method, no tagline, no concept.

I’m totally winging it.

And that means that what I sell is actually me and my energy and experience and presence.

For an ambitious entrepreneur, this is a total disaster.

Without me in the room, there’s nothing left to sell.

What do I mean by that?

Well, if I’d had a thing like Horse Coaching, Mindset Coaching, Stoic Coaching, Ice Baths Coaching, Divine Male Energy Coaching, 3P Coaching, or Butterfly Coaching (from caterpillar to beautifully blossoming insect, just made that one up), there would have been tactics and theories and things to hold on to.

Methods and concepts are scalable, teachable, transferrable, and boxable.

They’re stand-alone, they can be wrapped up and sold and resold.

You can build on them, have apprentices, teach other teachers, set up schools, sell merchandise, and keep rolling out more incarnations that are based on your first premise.

I don’t have that.

I don’t have a thing.

What I do is what I am.

Fortunately, I’m really fucking good at that.

Maybe there’s not really a problem.
