You have to do shadow work.
You have to find the darkest, smelliest, deepest places in yourself and bring them into the light.
All of them.
You have to heal all the wounds, all the old misunderstandings, all the stuff that is buried deep within.
Haha.
No you don’t.
Unless you feel inclined to do so.
Then go for it.
And if you don’t, pick something else.
Do breathwork.
Do inner child work.
Do any kind of transformative spiritual work.
Or do big-ass ice cream licking work.
Let go of a silent, long and dangerous fart.
Or just put on some music, close your eyes, and pretend you’re on a tropical island, sipping alcoholic coconuts.
Yeah baby!
You don’t have to go deeper and deeper and deeper to heal yourself.
There’s nothing to find that isn’t already available.
But you can try it just the same, hell, even make it into your job!
It’s all bullshit, and it’s all sacred.
It doesn’t matter, unless it does.
It’s not important, until it looks and feels that way.
This is life.
This is the place, the thing, the experience, where everything can seem and feel utterly relevant, until it doesn’t.
So do your shadow work.
Or just go and sit in the shade.
It doesn’t mean anything, and it’s all 100% perfect.
