Sometimes.

Sometimes it helps to think that others may suffer even more.

Sometimes it works, writing in your gratitude journal.

Sometimes it matters, seeing the bigger picture.

Sometimes it helps to think that you don’t know what’s going on in other people’s minds, how lost they can be, how devastated, how lonely.

Sometimes it helps to go for a run.

Sometimes it works, to do what other people did before you.

Sometimes it feels good to meditate.

Sometimes you want to kick in every door in the world.

Sometimes it helps to realize that there are ups and downs.

Sometimes working really hard seems to be the solution.

Sometimes doing nothing is called for.

Sometimes you take that extra drink and blame yourself for it.

Sometimes you doubt everything.

Sometimes you just know everything is okay.

Sometimes you feel on top of the world.

Sometimes you want to hide under a rock.

Sometimes nothing works, but life still goes on.

You see, Everything is Sometimes, except Always,

Always is Always.

And that is who you really are.
