We can feel bad about something that made us feel good.

We can feel good about something that makes us feel bad.

And we can shift between all of the above.

We can feel anything, everything, and we do.

We are feeling creatures, always and always, even though we sometimes don’t recognize the experiences we have in that respect.

It’s the world.

It’s the other person.

It’s the economy.

It’s my new laptop.

It’s my old body.

Everything is feeling, being afraid of feeling, or wanting a particular feeling.

Feeling, feeling, feeling.

Low, high, suppressed, set free.

Always bobbing on a sea of feeling.

And even if we say we don’t feel anything, we still do.

Life IS feeling.

Dull, vibrant, numb, frozen, dynamic, ecstatic.

Bobbing along.

Always bobbing.
