If you want to be joyful in life, BE joyful.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make it a decision, not a discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A discussion would be where you look for reasons and arguments to be joyful or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where you use your current worldview to see if it makes sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You look for signs of joy around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You want life (or other people) to prove to you that joy is real, sustainable, feasible, and deserved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019d take it very seriously!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Haha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You see what\u2019s going on there?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You see the endless chase, the endless puzzle, the endless waiting?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’ll never happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to be joyful in life, BE joyful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make it a conscious decision, not a response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018I am being joyful all the time because I fucking want to!\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And keep returning to it if you get lost in troubled thinking (you will).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start over when the old habit of feeling miserable and small and hopeless has found its way back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be joyful, and then be joyful again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can never lose your capacity to feel joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Living joyfully is a practice of being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not what life brings you in tiny, exclusive batches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t ask if the situation allows it, if the circumstances will let you, or if other people agree and give you permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be joyful BEFORE, not as a response to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be joyful before you speak, before you think, and before you act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be joyful as if your life depends on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And maybe it doesn\u2019t (I guess it doesn\u2019t), but who cares?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least you\u2019re joyful, and that will change your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So decide, today, instead of \u2018one day\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BE joyful, because you can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
