Do it, radically, all the fucking way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t entertain a single thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do it like it\u2019s the only thing on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It IS the only thing on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And it will make you happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will liberate you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t discuss it with your mind, or debate it, or try to answer questions about it, or defend it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t need it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discussions and debates and questions and doubts and objections are the mind\u2019s weapons of choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It wants you to stay engaged, no matter what, so it will throw literally anything at you to see if it sticks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But you don\u2019t need it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You really don\u2019t, no matter what the mental claims are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So don\u2019t, just don\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thought > back off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another thought > back off again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep doing it, doing it, doing it > back off, back off, back off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You WILL be able to live well and do things and make choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t need that fucking thinking machine that goes on all the time, pretending, making up stuff, commenting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go back inside, back away from the thoughts, instantly, constantly, completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back off, back away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep doing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every time you sense a thought or an emotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not denial: it\u2019s just the end of useless interference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s the beginning of a more balanced life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the only way into sustainable wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the mind will NEVER be satisfied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So don\u2019t listen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t entertain it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t fight it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And don\u2019t try to figure it out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mind will not let you go as soon as you follow it again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will jam its hooks into you and start dragging you back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will try and keep you there and throw ideas and notions at you, all the fucking time, because that\u2019s how it\u2019s built and that\u2019s how it works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Yeah but\u2026\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018I\u2019m important!\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018You need me, you need me for everything!\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018I make you smart!\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018I keep you safe!!\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018I will bring you happiness, but first\u2026\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just don\u2019t go there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be present, and be present more, and stay present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All day long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make it your number one priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep backing away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And soon you will find the first taste of this deliciously blissful, powerful, spacious knowing that is like a non-stop, sweet connection in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feel that connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the only fucking thing you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s your solid ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go there, stay there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back away from the thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep backing away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t reason with the mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t engage with its suggestions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t even listen to its compliments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep backing away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll still know what to do and where to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You won\u2019t silence the mind completely, forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019re just showing it a new position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Humble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Less agitated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More quiet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Less reactive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More trusting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simpler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There you go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hello presence!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
