Writing lifts me up.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coaching lifts me up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s almost like flipping a switch to open the floodgates of flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flowgates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s simply a matter of fully entering the activity, being totally engaged, and dropping everything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can almost immediately lose the thinking I was doing, the worrying I was lost in, and the turmoil that felt so real and unavoidable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I realize that this apparent connection between writing or coaching and feelings of elation and joy, is not really causal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This automatically means that this wonderful opening up can be explored and entertained and accepted much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It means that feeling REALLY good and having this sense of being guided and gifted, is simply waiting for us, always, here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I guess it\u2019s merely a question of attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In writing and coaching, I recognize it as losing the narrow focus on who I seem to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The personal stories fall away, almost instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are actually the culprit, the villain, the hijacker of happiness, always.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They cause havoc, confusion, doubts, and all feelings of lack and incompleteness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s not my intention to judge that, by the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m just trying to bring you some good news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It means that a very hard and complicated life that only seems to consist of worry and problems, can feel much lighter without having to change a thing in the outside world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And lighter means more effective, more clear, more inventive, and creative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lighter means the birth of hope and the opening up of fresh ideas, answers, and possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s our window to everything that can\u2019t be contained by the mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that means infinite options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They’re not out there, but in here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So close, so ridiculously close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the silent humming within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s there before the hopelessness, before the despair, before every bit of longing, before the sorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are that eternally powerful phenomenon that is unchanging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hummm\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
