This morning we had our third coaching conversation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end he said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018You know, Marnix, I think I\u2019m fine, for now, let\u2019s just see what happens and I\u2019ll get back to you if I feel like it, okay?\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Very okay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So is this going to be a testimonial?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why <\/a>am I sharing this and why should you care?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, mostly because we\u2019re talking about an under-30-year-old guy who\u2019s been suffering from anxiety and panic and stress almost all his life (at least as long as he can remember).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A really bright young dude who\u2019s tried almost everything and gone through nearly every intervention and therapy possible, only to see his wellbeing crumble more and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A man who had almost given up on many things he used to love, simply because he could hardly be in the world anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And a guy who\u2019s learned many complex lessons on psychiatry while becoming a Medical Doctor, someone who has studied almost everything there is to know about the brain and anxiety and disorders, and still couldn\u2019t find a way out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three sessions, three light-hearted conversations on the only thing that never changes in the human experience, the consciousness that is before and after everything we’re confronted with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three pretty cool chats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And he\u2019s ready to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The guy’s not into spirituality, per se, but he\u2019s deeply into wellbeing and finding a solution for his mental imprisonment, even if he believed until recently that would probably never happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not that his anxiety is completely gone, but he has found solid ground for the first time ever, and in the last couple of weeks he directly experienced the fleeting nature of our emotions and feelings, and became more aware of a pristine, deep knowledge of something permanent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He’s literally and very clearly seen that his moods and feelings come and go, and realized that he doesn’t need to follow his anxious mental suggestions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this morning he told me he’s totally fine with seeing how this unfolds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s happening for him, after more than 15 years of struggle, and it\u2019s very, very real and very, very practical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m telling you because I see \u2018miracles\u2019 like these every week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And every time this happens for a person, they ask me the same question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Why hasn’t anybody shown me this before?’<\/p>\n\n\n\n
