Often when I sit behind my computer to write a blog, I have an idea or a topic ready to explore.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the simplest thing in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m just so used to seeing options for reflection and amazement in daily life, that I never really lack inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if I DO lack inspiration, I still don\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not a dealbreaker for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t see inspiration as a thing that\u2019ll visit you once in a while, like your favorite auntie who\u2019s always traveling the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s just life taking over, in a very direct, very unrestricted sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not really a big deal, but it\u2019s still very special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To me, inspiration is the feeling of life itself, the thrilling sensation of creation at work, and it\u2019s got nothing to do with the general human idea of perfection or brilliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can write about potatoes, coffee, or a depressing puddle of mud, and it can still be totally enticing because the subject of the story doesn\u2019t have to be interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your writing will make it so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or CAN make it so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The power is always in the energy that was abundantly present during writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ease of the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical skills can be cool, but they\u2019re just not exciting by themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They\u2019re helpful, they may be even a basic requirement in many cases, but they\u2019re never what touches people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re all capable of feeling real stuff, honest stuff, uninhibited stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The world is SO thickly coated with superficial shit, that coming across something that’s pure and unconditional can feel like a fresh breath of air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We don\u2019t even have to understand why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right now, while I\u2019m writing this, there’s no ambition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Typing words that want to be released is good enough for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel better when I write, so it\u2019s obviously important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s why surrendering to this quite miraculous activity feels like honoring life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life wants me to write, and rewards me for doing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you imagine a more perfect system than that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
