Here\u2019s another reminder.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t have to manage your future misery or your present happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you feel good right now, feel good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And do so without holding back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t have to somehow slice the feeling in half because you\u2019re afraid your current good feelings will attract problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like you\u2019d better not get used to it, or else…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t have to feel bad already for something that might happen someday, so it won\u2019t feel as bad when it occurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It doesn\u2019t work that way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t need to mix and match and shuffle and water down and suppress the nice things you feel because you\u2019re afraid you don\u2019t deserve it and enjoying it now will get you in trouble tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019re allowed to feel elated, joyful, liberated, and childishly bubbly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s there for you to enjoy, not to trim down or destroy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s an infinite amount of happiness available to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Piles and piles and piles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t have to save something for a rainy day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t have to cut it off, hide it, or downplay it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nobody\u2019s keeping the score.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nobody will punish you for feeling good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nobody will secretly write down all the moments you had a really good time, so you can be judged and sentenced for it someday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feel good if you feel good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hell, even feel good if you don\u2019t!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The world will never run out of good stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
