And let\u2019s say I tell you what to do, you do it\u2026 and it works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hooray!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cool, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, and no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes because the problem\u2019s gone, and that feels good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes because this tells us how AMAZING my solutions are, and that feels good too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, no, because what happens the next time you have a problem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You come to me again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I give you another couple of solutions, and you\u2019re good to go once more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Problem solved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what have you actually learned?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am I now the solution to all of your problems?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s not how I coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s not where I want to take you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t tend to give you specific solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want you to find and create them yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will show you where and how you can find them so you can take care of the problems and challenges on your own, simply because you\u2019ve rediscovered your confidence and trust and creativity and clarity and connection to wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, I can be with you in the meantime, for a while, and also after a while, to chat some more about what you\u2019ve experienced on your own, and to explore life a bit deeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I like that a lot, but the deal is not supposed to last forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m not the ultimate answer: you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And maybe that\u2019s not 100% perfect for me, business-wise, because you won\u2019t come back as much to ask me for solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I\u2019m cool with that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
