I talk about spirituality all day long.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though I don\u2019t really know what it refers to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it\u2019s about what nobody will ever see but everybody can feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That which scientists can try to find and prove or dismiss forever, while it\u2019s willingly and joyfully looking over their shoulder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The thing we know more about when we think about it less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This crucial sense of being alive that’s ever so humble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my conversations and blogs, I use words like \u2018True Nature\u2019 or \u2018Real Self\u2019, and they\u2019re functional at best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I talk about \u2018Beyond the mind\u2019 and \u2018Within you\u2019 and stuff like that, and it\u2019s all very clumsy and quite haphazard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a good thing we have direct and powerful spiritual experiences, even though we might not call them that or recognize them as that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many people know about being in flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve all been touched by beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And most of us have come across this elusive thing called love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Great starting points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spirituality doesn\u2019t have to be something you participate in next to your normal daily life, an exotic (or not so exotic) passion, or something you have to seriously build into your personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There ARE manuals, but you don\u2019t really need one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the most obvious thing in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You could even say it IS the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It IS life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And although it\u2019s closer than anything else, it also leaves room for endless exploration and confusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe spirituality is the Art of Life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it\u2019s what creates and connects everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it\u2019s something we should simply acknowledge and be grateful for, and forget about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And maybe we can ignore it all the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s no good or bad way to explore and experience existence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No person can own spirituality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s all there is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even if we don\u2019t give a shit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
