I think I have a better sense of what you want than you do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s not because we\u2019ve talked for hours and I know everything about you now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s also not because I\u2019m psychic and I can read your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s because I know the human predicament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re all the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know what freaks us out and I know about our deepest wishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And talking about the latter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not the job or the house or the relationship or the startup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not the body or the sportscar or the pool or the fame or the credentials or the bitcoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s all fine (and quite doable), but it\u2019s not really about that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What it’s REALLY about is the perceived result, the direct outcome of finally getting what you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The end of being haunted by desire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You want to feel good as much as possible, and if you seem to have lost that for a bit, you want to know it’s still okay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, as the clich\u00e9 goes: the stuff will not get you the feeling, sustainably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That either means more stuff, all the time, or more feeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s why you\u2019d want to hire me, the somewhat arrogant or confident coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
