What if it stays like this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much more can I handle?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What did I do wrong to deserve this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should I stay, or leave?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am out of ideas, now what?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And maybe you feel stuck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paralyzed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Devastated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhausted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or simply utterly out of control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know, I know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But let me remind you of all the other times,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the times before now, where you felt the same,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

thought the same,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

feared the same,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

was caught up in the same,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and life changed anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stuff happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shifted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because that’s life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t know what to do right now, then you don\u2019t know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until you do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until life itself comes up with a solution, a change, a flash of insight, a new situation, FOR you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like always.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like always.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And in the meantime:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

can you just be here, with whatever unfolds?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having the experience you are having?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feeling stuck, feeling lost, feeling whatever it is you feel?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And keep it that simple?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the recognition, the knowing, that life will go on,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

around you, through you, as you, for you, in spite of this moment,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

with over a billion years of experience in problem-solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if it\u2019s really not up to you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
