This could turn out to be a confusing little blog.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it speaks to you, and maybe it won\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it shows up in your life right now so that fact is undeniable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s see what happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, back to the confusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because a minute ago I was thinking about spirituality, and I don\u2019t really know what it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or, well, I have no clue, really.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet sometimes I do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes it seems like a process, with ups and downs, and levels, even.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes it’s extremely complicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes it\u2019s nothing but a word, and therefore fairly meaningless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes it\u2019s about finding life on the edges of the personal mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes it\u2019s a feeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes a knowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And sometimes it doesn\u2019t even exist, at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it somehow keeps coming back, every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I talk to people about my coaching I tend to call myself a \u2018spiritual coach\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not to try and convey what I do (you have spiritual coaches in many different flavors), but it seems to happen so people can run away if they don’t like the idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s like I am gently warning them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will talk about life, we will talk about happiness and struggling, and we will talk about all the things they seem to be missing right now, but the conclusion will probably be that it\u2019s all fine and perfect the way it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of pushing more and attaining more, people will find themselves waking up and somehow recognizing how harmless this all is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How impersonal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How rich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And how they will realize that and embrace that and cherish that until they seem to lose it again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How there are no actual layers to get rid of or levels to reach, but their experience will tell them otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How they have always been everything there is (so there is not even a you or a they), and how powerful and liberating it is to realize that as the person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How everything is Love, even though Love is not something the mind will ever understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How we are not just being lived, from moment to moment, but also have the freedom to believe that it\u2019s all up to us anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can talk about spirituality, Self, consciousness, and waking up for hours, but that doesn\u2019t seem to be a spiritual thing by itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are very satisfying conversations and they arise no matter what, and somehow life always seems to become both more involving and less serious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe spirituality is about recognition only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it\u2019s just how life can taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it\u2019s the discovery of the universe within us, and the realization of oneness, while feeling separate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it\u2019s about longing for freedom and following that urge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it\u2019s all of that or none of that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it becomes extremely confusing if you try to get it and be it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which is probably spiritual too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I guess spirituality is all that\u2019s happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quite impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
