And for a moment it was recognized again.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Realized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That the world is not a fixed thing where stuff happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s created constantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just like the me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not a personality, an entity, that runs into problems and blissful situations, that is threatened by life, or celebrated by life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of that, including the me, is simply arising now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing is happening to a solid me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me is part of the happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There IS only happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or All There Is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no life beyond that, there is no truth after that or without it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is SO simple that it insults the mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which also doesn\u2019t exist as a fixed, separate phenomenon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The world, life, trees, feelings, me and you, the future and the past: all are created constantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have heard this before, probably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the All There Is, the Oneness, Consciousness, and how nothing was, is, or will ever be not contained by that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BE that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that, that simplicity, that intelligence, that non-excluding All There Is, was realized again, here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the personal responsibility stopped making sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The worrying lost its solid ground and was seen as all the rest that is nothing but a constant play, and is not actually the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is only ever All There Is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Eternal Now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With everything in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The good, the bad, the ugly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The helplessness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The longing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dreams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the deep wish to become free from all of the things we don\u2019t like or want (which will never happen, of course).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of this (which is actually just this) was seen, experienced, realized, and known.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until the mind (that doesn\u2019t really exist as a thing) presented itself again, claiming to know what to do now, how to keep this going, how to be free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pinching everything off again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cutting off the utter richness, trying to claim it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s super weird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been really very opposed to this \u2018Oneness speak\u2019, this \u2018There Is Only This\u2019, this fucking non-duality babble, but it somehow revealed itself again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am very, very aware of how stupid and lofty and unrealistic and overly simplistic this all sounds when you\u2019re suffering and life is dark and dangerous and uncertain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But if the story would allow \u2018you\u2019 to let go of that for just a second, if the constant creation of the burdened, searching mind would just stop for a bit, the realization that this is actually true might arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There IS only now, and this, this Allness that seems to have so, so, so many different elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019re not doing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019re not even being it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And you\u2019re most certainly not to blame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is All There Is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is happening by itself, and everything is included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even the me that seems to be separated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even the fear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhaustion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EVERYTHING.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because there is nothing outside this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no you that is not this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are EVERYTHING.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I get it, I really, totally get it, if this makes no sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am not writing this to convince you or present any arguments that make this ultimately right, I am not trying to explain it or sell it, and I am sorry if this somehow insults you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know what that\u2019s like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know how utterly insensitive this can look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the I that doesn\u2019t really exist obviously couldn\u2019t resist writing this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever happens, happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not to a me, not to a you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the All There Is, it’s just happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big, tasty, amazing Happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
