Freedom is here.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Happiness is here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joy is here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s already here, all of it, before we do or try ANYTHING.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It always has been, and it always will be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, just here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The only reason we can\u2019t seem to find it, at least not sustainably, is because our minds don\u2019t let us successfully and consciously connect the pieces of the puzzle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We KNOW that things that seem to bring us pleasure and joy and peace of mind sometimes don\u2019t have those results, so it\u2019s pretty obvious that the things themselves don\u2019t cause our experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We KNOW that we are naturally capable of feeling joy, contentment, satisfaction, excitement, and many more amazing feelings, so it\u2019s an inherent talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We KNOW that the things we wish for, work for, and long for, will eventually lose their power to make us happy once we have attained them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We KNOW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We see it happen every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s all so bloody obvious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s all there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s probably why it\u2019s so hard to realize:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s almost TOO obvious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s really easy to see these things separately outlined and to understand them intellectually, but it seems very hard to let them melt together and feel the result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To actually get what it refers to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mind won\u2019t let us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It dramatizes and worrifies and problemizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s always in the way, obscuring the source, causing all the lack and confusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So we simply don\u2019t get quality time with what\u2019s hidden in plain sight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that sucks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main riddle, the essential conundrum, is to combine the obvious elements so they somehow click and we finally realize what that means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To put together the different parts and experience the amazing, liberating sum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not a secret, it\u2019s just that we hardly ever slow down enough to get it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But if you\u2019re looking for true freedom, you\u2019ll never ever, EVER find it in the world around you, in things, circumstances, not even people or positive thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have to realize, to deeply become aware, that you are already capable of feeling whatever you want to feel, and see that it\u2019s merely obscured by the busy mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The only reason we can feel happy is because we can, not because stuff out there will do it for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We already can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s innate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a human talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And what\u2019s already there doesn\u2019t need to be found or taught or bought or conquered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s already there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It always has been.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why we don\u2019t see it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
