I have a weird talent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s very universal and incredibly helpful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It lets me write stuff from the heaviness of a specific emotion, while keeping a distance at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s an incredibly interesting form of objectivity and spaciousness that has been increasing over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like I am dipped in AND zoomed out at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This, I think, is what happens as a result of spiritual awakening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is still drama, there is still a perfectly personal story going on, but you are no longer completely lost in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this very unique disconnection creates space and light, more and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s like a gentle, curious discrepancy, not just a cold separation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yesterday I wrote about the past weeks where I had been aiming at being in solitude, offline, in deep reflection and growth, like an amazing spiritual holiday, and how that didn\u2019t work out, at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some people reading that specific post probably made them feel like I was in a bad or cumbersome place, as if something was wrong and I was deeply disappointed, but it was nothing like that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wrote that \u2018I had failed\u2019, but that was just a little part of the narrative that was unfolding, and I simply used it to describe the state of my mind and the response to my expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was simply storytelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know there\u2019s no such thing as failing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know we can get lost forever and ever in the morning, only to find liberation in the afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Been there, done that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But if I don\u2019t take into account all the mental states and ups and downs and confusion I experience, it wouldn\u2019t make for interesting stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To a certain extent, we NEED the illusion and the perceived realness of our mental activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s what being human is all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The (very liberating) objectivity I am writing about is one of the most profound effects of the change I am going through, and to my knowledge, this happens to everybody who is waking up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For decades you are simply lost in the human part of this earthly experience, and now life feels literally more expanded and expansive, and less frightening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process of Self-realization (where Consciousness, or the non-changing source of life, becomes more and more tangible and obvious), changes many of the things we can get lost in because it creates space for divine, universal trust and deeply felt grounding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life becomes much easier and more precious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I don\u2019t realize enough is how this fairly paradoxical thing where we can feel very involved and not deeply attached at the same time, is really special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I guess many people don\u2019t even have a clue what I am talking about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I hope someday you will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
