I hear this all the time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI want to overcome my fear.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me too, for many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fear was holding me back, I thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My lack of confidence was sucking the life out of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And what I wanted, more than anything else, was to get rid of it forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I get it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I get the why and I get the desire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it\u2019s the wrong way to go about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s just too much honor for a bunch of habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are all deeply conditioned, so we respond in conditioned ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That means emotions and feelings will wash over you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes you feel anxious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes you feel furious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes you feel lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes you feel elated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You see the constant there?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And you know what that means?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You only, deeply have to realize, that everything is always<\/p>\n\n\n\n

sometimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s nothing to really overcome because overcoming is the nature of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s called time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And time means change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And there\u2019s not a thing you have to do about that, because it does itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eventually whatever it is you want to get rid of because you hate or fear it so much simply loses its power, which means you overcome your resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life will still feel scary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will still feel lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But you will be okay anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Almost always.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
