The rainbow appears when sunlight strikes raindrops in front of a viewer at a precise angle (42 degrees).<\/p>\n
‘Appears’.<\/p>\n
Yet we wouldn’t fight over the existence of it.<\/p>\n
So it’s both real AND it’s not.<\/p>\n
Just like the human experience.<\/p>\n
Our heartaches are real.<\/p>\n
Our fear is real.<\/p>\n
Our doubts are real.<\/p>\n
Our ideas about the future are real.<\/p>\n
Our anxiety and opinions and depressions are real.<\/p>\n
But only when experienced from a precise, personal angle.<\/p>\n
None of those things can be found as actual forms in nature, in the sky, or somewhere in the street of a busy city.<\/p>\n
They are not real AND they appear to be.<\/p>\n
‘Appear’.<\/p>\n
Just imagine the freedom of truly realizing this.<\/p>\n
