I am feeling terribly restless.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Like someone secretly stuffed my body with nervous frogs.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Like running away from a tsunami that is just two meters behind, spraying me with salty drops.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
I am constantly doing five things at the same time, running overlapping activities, and it has been going on for hours.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
When I stop for a moment, it\u2019s as if I am not allowed to.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
My mind keeps running.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
The body tries to keep up.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
It\u2019s weird.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
It\u2019s almost overwhelming.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
And it\u2019s actually quite fascinating.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
It really is.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Playing with attention is our hidden super power.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Knowing the Knowing and resting as that, while this whole human system is running in overdrive, takes away the edge.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Anxiety is there, somewhere.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
The nervous system is throbbing.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
It’s all gone haywire.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
But it\u2019s not me.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
It’s really not.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
So it doesn\u2019t need to go.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
I hold it like a frantic baby.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
A BIG baby.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
And I know it will eventually fall asleep.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
