I\u2019m not going anywhere.<\/p>\n
I watch tiny house videos on YouTube.<\/p>\n
Or cats that are best friends with dogs, or otters, or foxes.<\/p>\n
I lose myself in hours and hours of talks by Eckhart Tolle or Adyashanti.<\/p>\n
I just sit in bed with my eyes closed.<\/p>\n
I go to the forest and walk around on the grass, barefoot.<\/p>\n
I sit in the sun.<\/p>\n
Watching the lake.<\/p>\n
I eat something.<\/p>\n
I look out of the window.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s the most unspectacular thing ever, but it might also be the truest.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m not going for gold, I\u2019m not recording a coaching program, I\u2019m not trying to improve myself, there\u2019s no striving or reaching or pushing.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m healing, because it\u2019s time.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m healing the many wounds that I covered up with all the tricks I learned to be and feel happy and content and awesome.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m healing and feeling, everything.<\/p>\n
Without a plan, but graciously flowing.<\/p>\n
I cry and I sigh and then I laugh, softly, gently.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s like I\u2019m holding myself, giving myself space to go through things I didn\u2019t want to go through, but I feel vulnerably confident.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s not dramatic: it\u2019s just really real, and simple, and pure.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m tired and I\u2019m sad and my body hurts, and it\u2019s all, well\u2026 comfortable.<\/p>\n
I feel invited by stillness, and I listen.<\/p>\n
I feel inclined to slow down, so that\u2019s what I do.<\/p>\n
Slow.<\/p>\n
Down.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s not the end of the world, it\u2019s a beginning.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve never felt change so clearly.<\/p>\n
And throughout the day, wherever I am, I close my eyes in meditation, or in connection, and I simply rest in awareness.<\/p>\n
I rest in awareness.<\/p>\n
But I\u2019m not doing anything.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s good.<\/p>\n
All of it.<\/p>\n
