I feel raw.<\/p>\n

Emotionally.<\/div>\n
Raw is good.<\/div>\n
It’s real.<\/div>\n
I feel like a tired old punching bag at the end of a busy day in the gym.<\/div>\n
I\u2019m hurting, and I’m healing.<\/div>\n
And they are all there.<\/div>\n
Sadness is there.<\/div>\n
Confusion is there.<\/div>\n
Compassion is there.<\/div>\n
Rage is there, shame is there, despair is there.<\/div>\n
All present, all silent.<\/div>\n
Like visitors at the funeral of the old me.<\/div>\n
I\u2019ve succeeded to stay happy and content for 6 years (most of the time at least), and I\u2019m endlessly grateful for discovering the magic trick.<\/div>\n
But this is now.<\/div>\n
Now I\u2019m opening up.<\/div>\n
I feel raw.<\/div>\n
Stripped-down.<\/div>\n
Unguarded.<\/div>\n
Unmasked.<\/div>\n
It\u2019s a gift.<\/div>\n
It’s good.<\/div>\n
And also<\/div>\n
wow.<\/div>\n
